Another legendary actor died this weekend. One of my favorite movies of all time is Cecile B. Demille’s The Greatest Show On Earth, Charlton Heston’s first film. It was a cheesy film to be sure but it was still excellant.
I’m heading out of town for the week. I’m leaving today and I won’t be back until Thursday evening. right now I’m trying to get the last of my laundry done and straighten the house up before I go.
Yesterday my BFF and I threw a baby-shower for one of her sisters. Who knew a baby-shower bould be so exhausting? The shower was at four. We left at ten to run errands and pick up some last minute supplies like cake and liquor. Yes, liquor. We served cocktails and mocktails. Anyway, the shower went wonderfully but I didn’t get home until almost eight last night and I was in bed knocked out by ten.
I love me some Jason Lee. He was cast perfectly as Dave Seville. I don’t know if I like the movie yet or not since it just came on but he looks exactly like the cartoon Dave.
